Georgia Giakoumis Spear, MD is Division Chief of the Department of Breast Imaging at NorthShore University HealthSystem and Clinical Associate Professor of Radiology at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. She completed her diagnostic radiology residency and breast imaging fellowship at Northwestern University/Northwestern Memorial Hospital and earned her medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
