Sherri Hill, PhD, RN is Associate Vice President, Quality and Patient Safety for Edward-Elmhurst Health. Hill joined Elmhurst Memorial Hospital in 2006 as Director of Quality Resource Management. Her numerous responsibilities have included Quality, Case Management, Medical Records, Medical Staff Administration and Communications. She has led the efforts in successful Joint Commission surveys and achieving Leapfrog straight A’s since the inception of the Safety Grade in 2012. Elmhurst is one of only 63 hospitals nationwide to attain this honor. Hill holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University in Prescott Valley, Arizona, a Masters in Organization Development from Loyola University in Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Jamestown in North Dakota. She holds certifications in Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety.
