Trish Fairbanks, RN, MSN is Associate Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer for Edward Hospital. Fairbanks has been a member of the Endeavor Health organization since 2002 when she joined Linden Oaks Hospital as Clinical Manager of Adult Services. She has also served at Linden Oaks in the roles of Director, Adult & Eating Disorder Services; Director, Specialty Services and AVP/Chief Nursing Officer. Her prior experience includes leadership roles in behavioral health, adult inpatient services and pediatrics.
